Colours & Coatings.

For external applications, Uniclad Systems offers its Roof and Wall Cladding profiles in a tough 200 micron PVC Plastisol coating with a Leathergrain Embossed effect. In the main this product is sourced from major european steel producer SSAB Dobel Coated Steels Ltd, under their brand Dobel 200XT. Through our "Links" pages you can access the Dobel web site which gives full details of the coating and colour charts, together with information on the comprehensive guarantee offered on 200XT, typically up to 40 years. The range of colours normally available as standard is listed below.
Additionally we offer a range of Pvf2 (Pvdf) colours normally accepted as standard for the UK market which are also listed below.
For internal applications, the normal product is a bright white lining enamel or Polyester which is the main finish for lining panels and roof decking.
All substrate materials are steel, either galvanised or aluminium/zinc coated, to BS EN 10 142.
